We received the above 2022 painting award for the painting of this fabulous 2-storey home in Kew. Substantial preparation was required, as well as scaffolding for the 2nd-storey and organising for the power company to cover the power line. This photo is of a new home we painted in Alphington. We painted both the interior and exterior and received a painting award for the project in 2018. For information about this project and others, please click here.

The next 2 photos are from a complex of 5 townhouses in Clifton Hill. We painted the interior of one of the townhouses and later returned to paint the exterior of the entire complex.

The first photo shows the exterior of the complex. We used a boom to access the high areas. We pressure washed and applied an oil-based undercoat prior to painting to prevent rust in the render from bleeding through.

The second photo shows the interior of one of the townhouses. As you can see, it is very modern with a large open-plan living area.

This interior photo is from a house we painted in Warrandyte. We painted both the outside and inside of this fantastic Robin Boyd-designed home.

This photo is from a fabulous art-deco home we painted in Ivanhoe. It was complex to paint, particularly due to the access requirements. We used scaffolding to reach some of the higher areas and painted the metalwork with oil-based paint.

Photos of a lovely Victorian home we painted in Hawthorn following a major renovation. As expected, we completed a lot of preparation both inside and outside. For the exterior, we used Classic Cream and Manor Red. Inside, we used Antique White USA for the walls and woodwork.
