We received a 2023 painting award for this fabulous home we painted in Northcote, very close to Collingwood. The front of the home is the original heritage home and the rear is a modern extension. Apart from the usual preparation of sanding, filling and gapping we also washed and sanded alot of oiled timber and brought it back to life using Sikkens Cetol HLS. Much of the timber was black or very weathered and we had to wash multiple times and sand prior to recoating. For more information on this project please click here to see our project page.

We received the above 2022 painting award for the painting of this fabulous 2-storey home in Kew, also very close to Collingwood. Substantial preparation was required as well as scaffolding for the 2nd-storey and organising of the power company to cover the power line. The Melbourne Athenaeum — This photo is of the Melbourne Athenaeum, a beautiful iconic heritage building in the Melbourne CBD. We painted the front facade. The building hadn’t been painted for a long time so we had to spend a lot of time cleaning it down and scraping off loose paint before we could even think about painting. The building looks fabulous now with its makeover and the detailing that is highlighted with a second colour. We were awarded an Excellence in Painting Award in 2016. Neighbourhood Justice Centre, Collingwood — This photo is of the Law Courts in Collingwood where we painted exterior timber cladding and completed a full interior paint of the public areas and courtrooms. Most of the painting was undertaken on weekends when few people were around.

We painted the front facade of this Collingwood house to update and freshen it up. Council permits were required as we were working on the pavement, along with a power company inspection due to the power line.

We painted the interior of this beautiful heritage home in Carlton North. It has very ornate ceilings and woodwork and required alot of preparation to achieve this finish.

Painters Newport — This is a modern apartment we painted in Collingwood. Some of the walls are very high as there is a void letting light in. It makes it tricky to paint, not so much using the ladders but getting them into the building!

This interior photo is from a townhouse we painted in Clifton Hill. We painted this townhouse first and our client was so happy he recommended us to the other owners when it came time to paint the exterior of the complex, which we also painted.

House in Brunswick — This is a typical cottage found in Collingwood and other inner suburbs of Melbourne. We have painted many weatherboard homes like this as well as other heritage style and modern homes. This house is located in Brunswick and has been renovated and is modern at the sides and rear of the 2-storey home.
