Painters in Wantirna — This photo is of a modern house in Templestowe. We painted the exterior of this home using a boom and scaffolding to access the high areas, particularly at the sides and rear of the property.

Photos of a lovely Victorian home we painted in Hawthorn following a major renovation. As expected, we completed a lot of preparation both inside and outside. For the exterior, we used Classic Cream and Manor Red. Inside, we used Antique White USA for the walls and woodwork.

Wantirna 3152

Wantirna is a Melbourne suburb located approximately 24kms east of the CBD and is part of the City of Knox.

Wantirna has a population of approximately 14,000 people and its name is derived from a local Aboriginal term meaning “a gurgling stream”.

Wantirna was first settled in 1840 when the Bushby Park cattle run was established. Other pioneers followed and a town gradually developed, with a school, post office, parish hall, the Wantirna Reserve and a tennis court being built between 1912 and 1925.
