We received this 2023 award for the painting of this substantial 2-storey home in St Kilda East, close to Toorak. It was in very poor condition with considerable bubbling and peeling, so we had to strip paint and apply an oil-based undercoat prior to painting. We painted both the interior and exterior and undertook significant preparation to achieve this finish. We received an Excellence in Painting Award in 2018. Building painters Toorak — This photo is of the Melbourne Athenaeum, a beautiful heritage building in the Melbourne CBD. This was a fabulous project to work on and the transformation was incredible. House in Toorak — This image is of a large 2-storey house in Toorak. It was complex to paint because of the power lines and height. We obtained a permit from the power company and used a boom at the front of the house to access the 2nd-storey.
