This photo is of an apartment block we painted in East St. Kilda. It was a large building that required us to use booms and scaffolding to access the high areas. When working with body corporate properties, we spend a lot of time upfront organising and planning the painting project to minimise disruption for residents. Photos from an older home in Parkdale that had been renovated. Our clients moved out during the school holidays so we could paint and the floors could be polished. The result is amazing, fresh and updated, ready for another 10 years of family living!

We painted most of the exterior of this stunning townhouse in Parkdale. We stripped the timber prior to reoiling and used a boom to access the high areas. It looks fantastic and our clients were very happy with the result!

Parkdale is situated on the foreshore between Mentone and Mordialloc. It is a bayside suburb of Melbourne located 23kms south-east of the CBD and is part of the City of Kingston. It has a population of over 11,000 people.

Parkdale was founded in 1920 when the railway line was extended to the area. It was named after William Parker, an early landowner in the area.
